  • Technical issues preventing access may qualify for full refund regardless of reading progress

  • Accidental purchases may be refunded within 2 hours

3.2 Chapter Purchases

  • Refunds available within 1 hour of purchase if chapter has not been opened
  • Technical issues preventing chapter access qualify for immediate refund
  • Duplicate purchases will be automatically refunded

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Content that has been fully consumed or downloaded
